Limbs Chair by Swaroop #076

What if a chair had.........feet?
LIMBS is a playful take on the classic four legged chair. Swapping the usual legs for a pair of human feet, it gives an everyday object a little personality. Now it can stand, sit around and maybe even walk away when you're not looking.
Domo Chair by Karen #075

I chose Domo because of his recognizable and unusual appearance and his popularity among young people through the Internet and pop culture.

I wanted to imagine what Domo would look like as a chair and transform his iconic shape into a playful piece of furniture.
Bat Chair by Jamie #074
Building Chair by Jamie #073

Red Monster Chair by befmakes #071

Quick! Get seated on this chair before it springs to life and gobbles you up.
Stank Face Chair by TJ Kim #070

If music can be experienced through senses beyond sound, does a chair also have to be limited to its function as something to sit on?

This chair proposes a new sensory experience through sight, touch, space, and sound.
καθέδρα by Carlotta #069

καθέδρα literally translates to 'chair'. The design comes full circle, connecting the architectural form back to its original linguistic root.
Seafloor Chair by Adrian #068

It is comprised of animals that "sit" on the floor of the sea, just like we sit on the surface of the earth.

Handful Chair by Befmakes #065

What if, in a world of giants and sword fights, every time a giant loses a limb their enemy takes it as a piece of furniture for their castle?
Shark Chair by Jamie #064
Button Chair by Jamie #063
Cone-struction Break Chair by YR Kim #062

Funky Grumpy Chair by Veronica #057

I tried not to anthropomorphise the chair through my human gaze as I started to draw, but I couldn't help it.
Don't play with your food, they say #056
by Marlro

I like cartoonish drawings, especially the thick-black-outline ones, for the charisma and some kind of essence that those lines give to a character or to an object, even one that is hard to read.

Anyway, it used to be some lettuce before becoming that chair.
Aqua Loo Chair by Jade #055

This is inspired by a soap dispenser from my Gran and Popps’ house. I have fond memories of sleepovers there on Friday night pizza night and bath time!
Legs Chair by Anna #054

High Five Chair by Anna #053

I sometimes feel awkward greeting people I do not know well. I speak quietly, so they may not hear me, and I am not always sure whether to shake hands or hug.

This chair always has a hand raised for a high five. If I were sitting in it, the chair could greet people for me and show them that I had noticed them.
Will Chair by Nancy #052

They’re named Robbie and Will, after musician Robbie Basho, and my wonderful art tutor Will, my teacher at the time I drew the chairs.
Robbie Chair by Nancy #051

A chair to me is an incredibly neutral yet powerful object. So useful, simple and necessary, yet rather emotional too, these chairs fill me with a sort of human pride and honour. I’m not sure why.

One-Eyed Fish Chair by Anna #042

I draw without knowing what it will become. I make a lot of sketches, and when a shape catches my eye, I keep developing it.

I like this chair because the curved legs remind me of fish fins or fabric stretched over a frame. The long part with one eye just looks funny, as if the chair is looking at you.
Left-hand Folder Chair by Keli #041

To overcome chairs finding with left-hand armrests, this - 100% Brazilian-made - folding model can be carried (like a bag) and features cushions for comfort and ergonomics.
Spider-Man Chair by JM Lee #040

A spider’s legs perform different functions depending on their position. The front legs detect prey and obstacles, while the middle legs assist with balance and changes in direction. The rear legs provide propulsion and stability, and the fine hairs on their surface sense air currents, vibrations, and scents. The moment a body settles at their center, the six legs begin to move as a single organism.
Whimsical Mushroom Chair by Jayita #039

I love mushrooms and I believe they are very cool and funky. These tiny Little creatures can do amazing things. We can learn a lot from them specially how to live in harmony and connection.

They are whimsical by nature and by using them to create a chair I demonstrated how we can make something unique  for childrens that also love fairy tales.
Touch Grass Chair by Catherine #038

Best to be used when people don’t want to go out in tropical summers when sun shines too fiercely.

Placing the chair by the window,  grass can grow and the person sitting is completely indoors. No one can tell them to go out and touch grass because they already did when they sit.

It looks like it consists of bread, lettuce, and tomatoes; it might make viewers hungry just by looking at it, let alone sitting on it. Maybe they'll even have sandwiches for their meals. Healthy!

Marsam by Mouza #017

Marsam is a playful exploration of the relationship between art and everyday objects. Inspired by the idea of a marsam (مرسم) — an artist’s studio — the chair transforms a familiar functional object into a canvas for artistic expression, bringing together design, illustration, and storytelling.
